“Reliable, transparent, and trustworthy. Peter and Keith installed a new boiler for me and I couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic communication from getting a quote through to finishing the job and arranging for an electrician to get in touch to sort a fault they found. On the day of the job they were incredibly friendly and respectful of my home, very skilled and thorough, and took the time to fully clean up afterwards. I really appreciated the attention to detail, and the extra effort and consideration that clearly went into every step of the job. Peter and Keith took extra care to preserve tiling, cover old holes etc so the overall look of my kitchen was as close as possible to how it was before. “I can honestly recommend Discount Heating. Peter has been carrying out the annual boiler checks for many years. He actually fitted the boiler. He has also fitted a radiator in an attic bedroom. I arranged the annual boiler check for this year and Peter arrived on time. As he walked into the hall he said he could smell. I rang Cadent gas engineers for the North West, they confirmed it to be quite a large leak. Peter messaged later in the day for an update. After explaining the situation Peter advised that he would come and deal with the leak. It was trickier than first thought. Peter resolved all issues. He is a real lifesaver. It is such a relief to know how reliable Peter is. He is both professional/friendly who puts you at ease. As previously mentioned I would highly recommend this company and Peter”

“Could not recommend Peter enough. We moved into our new home and the boiler packed in within 3 days. Peter came to try and fix it and really tried his best but we made the decision that we needed a new one- it would have been costly to fix and we knew the boiler was extremely old and would have needed to be replaced at some point anyway. We had no heating or hot water so Peter kindly agreed to fit it the following day even though it was a Saturday. The quote he provided for a new Worcester was cheaper than another we had got online and the service was great. Peter is friendly and reliable and when he returned to flush the radiators he even fixed two radiators upstairs for us that wouldn’t work.”

“Peter came to assess replacing our current Worcester Bosch boiler with the latest version. The job was priced and installation date agreed. On the day a great deal of care was taken to keep any mess to a minimum. The installation was completed both quickly and efficiently with no issues whatsoever. All of the old equipment was removed from our premises for disposal.We decided to leave securing the remote thermostat to a preferred location until we were confident with its operation. In short a very competitive price and extremely happy with everything.”

Years of experience, always thorough, friendly and helpful he came highly recommended from a neighbour (and now us!) when our boiler warranty ended and has been our goto boiler guy ever since. “1st Class service, Boiler problem, made worse by freezing conditions and first day back to work for most, Peter attended within the hour, had the boiler ‘up and running’, agreed a very reasonable price and still continued to do some more work he saw that needed doing. (Foam lagging of exposed pipes). Restores your faith with someone who gives you very good value for money Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you very much”
